I got 2 calls from this number in the last few days. Both were similar, saying that the IRS would arrest me if I don't have my attorney call him. The second time he identified himself as Michael (I did not catch the last name). He had an accent, but not Indian. It is very scary and disturbing even though I know that I have not withheld taxes. The calls have been persistent. Couple weeks ago I got 3 calls. Two were from a woman, one from a man, with 855 area code. The messages were similar. These calls come during the day, so they go automatically to my voice mail. I am thinking of calling the IRS, or contact an attorney to look into this. If all is confirmed to be OK, I think I should call either the local police or the FBI and perhaps get my landline phone number changed. That's where I am getting these calls.
They are frod. Tells me that I haven't paid tax and then can take couple of thousand right on phone to settle the account. They also had some one who can speak indian languages... Bung of MFs
They are cheater's. They told me that i have to send $3,000 and if they don't recive the money they would call the FBI. They kept asking me my credit card number but when I closed the phone they kept calling me again and again. They kept disturbing me then I called the police. When the police came the police got all the information they needed. The police said ''Don't worry''. So please be careful from these cheater's their number is 347-501-5184. Also the number came from New York.
This woman said she is officer Jennifer Smith from the IRS please hold the call so, I hung up and she called back, I did NOT answer this time so she left a message and said please call back that this is urgent that you call back do not dis-reguard this message if I don't hear from you or your attorney I will put legal matter on you. The call came from NY 347-501-5184
