This company "Lower Bill" calls constantly and at random times of the day. I registered a complaint as we are on the "do not call list." Next time, I'm blowing a whistle in to the phone. That ought to solve it.
This number was part of a block of numbers purchased by a company called EngageTel, and assigned to companies owned by a person named Arash Akhavan, who sold energy services. We filed a lawsuit regarding this under the TCPA -- which allows recovery of up to $1,500 per illegal robo call.
