This number was part of a block of numbers purchased by a company called EngageTel, and assigned to companies owned by a person named Arash Akhavan, who sold energy services. We filed a lawsuit regarding this under the TCPA -- which allows recovery of up to $1,500 per illegal robo call. I am continuing to investigate EngageTel - and would be willing to sue under the TCPA if you have claims.
