It was a missed call on my cell.  Would not have answered anyway.  Obvious spammer/scammer - left no msg and when called back you get a robo-answer - "press any number to be removed from call list". Yeah ok - not doing that .  This is also how they get around the FCC laws. No legitimate business does this.
