Alleged collection agency for delinquent magazine accounts. I've been told by the legal/billing at US Holdings (which negotiates settlements from magazine companies) that this is probably a telemarketer or a former employee of a collection agency who has obtained a data base of magazine account holders. Questionable techniques include identifying himself by different names (including the name of someone at US Holdings) and trying to get me to send money by a bank wire to Canada (Bank of Montreal). Avoid contact with this person and contact the Better Business Bureau, as I did.
