Man that calls himself Officer who is nothing more than scam debt collector and he was not even looking for me , man called my cell phone

I continue to receive call's from this number.trying to get me to pay money to him.I do not know this person.

they are not a scam and debt collector they are a investigator there and have rights to call people
and tehy can investigate on case like bank fraud cheking account fraud and loan frauds
