I received a call with no one there

Got a call, no one there.

Got a call no one was on the line, trying calling back several times, always received a busy signal.  WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS????

When I call members of my family, this number shows up on their caller ID instead of my own number. Not sure how many people this is happening to. A few 347 area code numbers have been showing up. Wish I knew how to stop this. Next step is to call, Century Link, my phone company.
