Who called from 3475181701

Recorded call claiming to be from IRS saying I had to call or would be charged with criminal offense.  Called back and talked to agent that could not speak English.  Clearly an overseas VOIP connection.  Told him I knew he was not from IRS and he admitted as much, said he was in Japan, and cursed at me.  Scammer, but a complete idiot.

This number called and left message saying if I don't call back I will be charged with a crime.its a scam! Don't call them back

scam message said IRS, NOT!

I got the same info on my voicemail.  Called back and when I questioned the "agent", he began cursing at me.  Rude and I agree a complete idiot.
