complain with an email like this:

The owner of the domain LAPTOP55.COM which is registered to you is involved in illegal activity including but not limited to sending out text message advertisements to donotcall.gov cell phone registrants. They may be involved in credit-card fraud and other tort issues as well. This is against NameCheap and ICANN policies. The public registrant info is also fake.

This email is a demand to provide to me the full registrant information of the owner immediately and unconditionally.
