This number has called my cell phone a few times over the last four weeks. It always calls around 3:30 to 4:00am and when it calls (and wakes me up) no one says anything. I just sit there and listen to people talking in the background and I can hear a television on as well. I'm in California so I don't understand how someone can "accidentally" call my cell phone from a New York number. I don't even know anyone in New York.
