Who called from 3475394136

They say they are calling from the US Treasury, and it is almost impossible to understand them.  I then called back, and they hung up.

This is a scam, if only they could read their script without screwing up and jumping sentences I might understand.

Called at 6:35 a.m.  There was background noise of breathing and paper rattling, but no verbal response.

Left a threatening message saying I need to call them regarding a legal matter and if I fail to call, they wish me luck.  Woman claimed to be named "Louisa" and her accent sounded Indian.  I believe this is a scam

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
