Guy with very very thick Indian accent claiming to be from the government. I asked what his phone number was and he told me it was 901 and then the next 7 numbers were my phone number. I asked what state he was calling from and he said New York. I pointed out to him that the number he gave me was a Tennessee number so he couldn't possibly be telling the truth. This seems to have made him mad. This is definitely a scam. I don't think the government is going to outsource their calls to an Indian call center.

I keep getting a call from this number! It's a automated system saying "we have been trying to reach you! This is our last time attempting to reach you to let you know that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you! Please contact us to discuss this matter at (347) 541-7817"! It repeats the number then hangs up. I call the number back the 1st time they called my phone and it was busy so I left it alone! Now the same recording which already told me is my final notice keeps calling my phone everyday! I called the number back and it rings 1 time and then someone or something picks up and doesn't say anything!!!!!
