goes by keith smith wanting me to send him money to receive a loan...Also will not answer the phone while I try to call back...

He calls me and threat me too, He want my money too, saying IRS will send a warrant to arrest you......I hang up ;-)

they call again and threaten me, I find out they were indian accent may be from india or pakistan............

This is a scam, I contacted the irs and they assured me that this is a scan and I have nothing to worry about.
