I got 3 calls from number telling me they need my lawyers information and that I have 3 criminal charges but being sued by debt collectors. They knew my name and address last four of ss number kinda creepy. However I have no criminal record at all ever and being sued by bill collectors is a civil case not criminal though I have none of them eithet. But knew it was a scam at that moment. Who can I report these people too?
This is to a debt collector asking for me or "my atty of record" (the new catch frase) they called my home and left this number on my caller id but the one left at work was 3475590372. The interesting thing is I am in bankrupcy and ALL my debtors were notified. This is either an old debt out of statute that someone bought or someone thinks they are going to out monouver the courts. Non english speaking man by the name of James Franklin. Either a skam or a slimeball......oh wait....one and the same.
iv been getting calls from phone number 1(347)560-4672 hes been calling me for the last week or so asking for the same person a female and I keep telling him he has the wrng person and the wrong number all together but he still keeps calling me so iv called my local police department on this matter . todays date is 10/7/2013 at 4pm .

Given the amount of information these people have, you should be concerned about identity theft. (The good news is that if they had your *entire* Social Security number they wouldn't have told you just the first 4 digits, they'd have given you the whole number to scare you more.)

I got a call from them yesterday and I knew it was scam because they refused to answer any of my questions. At the end if the call they guy asked me if I wanted to f**** him. At that point I told him I was reporting the call and never to contact me again!!! Do not give these idiots any information and report it the the attorney generals office.
