Get the same people calling my work. Say I am being sued and cant give me a company name. Told them to send me something in writing.and he just asked why. I told him he was harrassing a place of business and he doesnt care.
Got a call from "Adam Smith" about a complaint for a PAYDAY Loan! I have never taken a PAYDAY loan! He has my ss# and name. I have gotten these from the very heavy Indian Accented people with VERY common American names...they threaten with jail, violence, law suits, etc...report them if you get a phone call. They will also call your employment over and over...be mindful of these people! I have already reported them once to all of the appropriate authorities..they stopped for about 6-8 months..now have just started back up!

This same number called my husband 8 times in a space of 10 mins. Everytime it was someone with a heavy accent and told my husband they were suing him over a payday loan we never had. My husband during the first call polietly said dont call me again and hung up. The man called back 10 seconds later and told my husband "shut the f**k up and listen to me" my husband said do not call again and hung up. This person called back 6 more times 1 min after my husband would hang up. The whole situation had a shook up this morning. Earlier in the morning the same people called me from a 619 number saying the same thing about a felony lawsuit for something we have never done. They have our social security numbers, our work information our banking information. Who do i call?
