recorded message (horrible quality) stating IRS is filing a lawsuit.

I just got a phone mail message to stating that the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against me this is not how the IRS operates they always said documentation and I know the IRS has no reason to file a lawsuit against me because I have a very good taxpaying record I would like to find out who's doing this to meet him or her in a dark alley
