I have received a phone call today on my work phone from Jack (I was not able to get the last name) saying this is a very important matter. I know what this is as three other persons called me from three different phone numbers saying that they have all my information and I need to settle a debt that is non-existent. I did inform them that I know this is a scam, and that they are harrassing me. However much I tell them these, they are unrelenting. They continue to call me at work and disrupt. How can we stop these scammers? Help!!!
i recieved a phone call lets say almost 2 months ago from this phone number 347-566-2018 saying i took a loan out witch i havent taken a loan out especially online saying i was going to have cops take me from home all the way to california. i had no idea it was a act of fraudulent activity so i did two phone payments of 250.00 each not the day is 03/15/20011 i recieved another call about the same thing so i told them off and hung up because police and my bank are investigating this fraud because money keept deducting from my bank till i closed it leaving me with negative 549.00 so anyone out there just tell them to get you and you will see nothing happens.
I recieved a message from this person stating his name was Officer Samuel William in regards of a legal matter. He said if i don't call back he will have to take legal action. Well i work with police and no officer i know make calls, everything is in the system so i reported the caller. I don't have any legal matters. This is a SCAM
For the past 3 days, I have received phone calls from a "Samuel Williams" at (347)566-2018! The first day, he called my home, I answered and I thought he was trying to sell me something. So, I told him not interested! I hung up. Then, he preceeded to call my home 8 more times, in a row! Then, he called my cell 3 times, right after dialing my home #! Then, I got an e-mail today at work (which is a secure e-mail) stated that he had got a hold of my corporate office! After that, I called him back, then it started! He was very rude and persisted in telling me that I was being recorded by "The Federal Government"! I very calmly let him know that yes I do have loans but I do not have one through CASHNET! He seriously asked me if I was going to argue with the Federal Government! Little does he know that I have been a military wife for 15 years. If the federal government wants to argue, BRING IT ON!!!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!
