Who called from 3475779933

I just received a call from this number. The caller remained on the line, but didn't say anything.

recieved call on my cell phone, a few min ago. i am on the national do not call list. caller did not leave voice mail messgae. most likely spam.

This person calls and continues to ask "How are you." I'm assuming they don't know what i'm saying in return. Jack [***]

Received a call today, only dead air.  I  too am on the do not call list.  I will now block that number.

stop calling please....
