Who called from 3475789745

Several calls over the past few months:  caller ID lists the entity as VITELITY, LLC.  No one ever responds when I answer, but whoever or whatever calls stays on the line a few moments before hanging up.  Occasionally, just before the call ends, a recorded voice says, "Goodbye."

I am receiving from VITELITY, LLC also. They call, say nothing then hang up. When I call back I get a busy signal. NYC

Received a call from this number   It says "Private"  on the display.    They do not leave a message.

Got a call from this number, answered it and said "hello" but there was no response, & after a while, caller said goodbye which sounded like a recorded message. Very annoying!

No one speaks.  After a few seconds, it sounds like a recording which says "good-bye" and then you hear the hangup.
