SCAM ALERT!!!
I received a call on July 13 at 1:04pm ET, which left a voicemail. "Ester Rose from the Federal Investigation Department of the Internal Revenue Service" called to let me know that a warrant has been issued and if I don't call back in 2 hours, the case will be transferred to the police and I will get arrested. The person said that my name and physical address is under investigation.
It sounded like a scam, and indeed is one: read about it here: http://time.com/money/4290525/irs-scam-phone-call/

I received a second call on July 14 at 9:33am ET which I answered. After the person asked to speak to me and I asked them to identify themselves, I told her to take my name and number from their calling list. She responded in a spiteful way "I am going to have you arrested! Have a good day!" .
I feel bad for anyone who is more vulnerable to fall for this, as they speak in a very intimidating manner.
Caller name Lisa Brown from the Investigation dept of IRS. with a heavy indian accent. She said I have a warrant of arrest. that they sent me a letter on April 27. I said I didnt receive any. That I have a warrant of arrest out. I said "you know it is illegal for debt collector to threaten arrest right? I am going to report you" she said "that's fine, you can do that, but you are going to get arrested". I said, well you have my address. go for it, bye.
She can't even pronounce my name right.
