Got a call from this number trying to pull another yellow page scam. Once I started asking question he got very angry and insulting. Never would identify an accurate company name.
Got a call from this number trying to pull another yellow page scam. Once I started asking question he got very angry and insulting. Never would identify an accurate company name.
"Brian" called saying he represented "411 Media Google Maps". Said they received my request to discontinue and wanted to verify it and settle the outstanding invoice for $399.00 from 3/14 - 3/15. Told him I never heard of them and that we had no agreement ever - he told me that they were in business for 17 years and I said that it doesn't mean they are not doing something dishonest. Upon further prodding, he didn't even have my company name right! He finally said he would turn it over to their collections dept and hung up. One of MANY really dishonest scams!!!
This number called my office claiming to be a representative from google maps..
wanting to send me a bill for $795.00 for the last two years of advertising ...
