calls our number and hangs up

I have gotten 2 calls from this number so far.  The first one early on Sunday morning.  The caller ID says IC System. The caller asked for my step-daughter by name and acted as though she would know who he was. He identified himself as Chris from IC System.  Then nothing total silence untill he hung up.  The second call the caller just said hello and then silence.  So strange.

That is a collection agency that makes collection calls for Washington Mutual and Wachovia bank

Yeah, they've called me about twenty times today.

Every twenty minutes or so.

I don't answer, they don't leave a message.
