Claims it is my final notice or the IRS will sue me.

Bogus IRS call. How do I stop them from calling 3-4 times/day who do I report them to?

Since its from overseas not much. Ignore and block is the best that can be done.

My son received a call for this number worried that he was going to be sued by the IRS for back taxes. Ironically he files with a professional software package. Never an issue. So I called to see what I could dig up and immediately he identified my name. Caller ID I guess. Told me I owed $8,700 and was being investigated. I challenged him regarding the "round number" and that his number was listed repeatedly on the web as being an IRS Scam. "click". Son received the same "click" when he challenged the claim.

I got the same call. They wanted$7500. They gave a case number and their badge numbers
