I got a call from ray Lipton. He said he had a buyer waiting to pay $17.9K for my time share. Cost was $569 now to pay for title search. This is what he wrote
"On the 2bd Annual unit, your recovery would be $17,900 firm for the resale and $1800 firm per rental week.
As I had mentioned in our conversation it is a ONE TIME, flat fee of $569 per deed for title search and Q.C.D., the buyer will pay ALL closing costs, transfer and paperwork fees.
If you decide to rent out the deposited weeks you have available, it would be an additional charge of $200 per week, due to the fact that we must provide incentives for the potential renters.
Please review the contract and the bbb report, and follow up ,to inform me of your decision to either move forward or hold off so we can calibrate what potential inventory is available for this coporate contract."
Im not sure if this is real or not. It looks like a scam.

i actually have done business with VSAM, not ray specifically though. and though it did take about a good 5 months to get rid of the damn thing. i at least finally got it out of my hair after dealing with about 3 different listing companies prior.
