This is a scam, They called my cell phone to say the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me and issued an arrest warrent. Do not respond to them.

Automated voice threatening lawsuit if call not returned.  BLOCKED!

Left a voicemail saying "Arrest warrant issued under your name, so before we move forward with the law suit and the legal allegation, call us as soon as possible".  Scammer was thoughtful enough to have the robot voice say thank you at the end of the message.

Cell phone rang; I answered.  No one there.  Just dead silence.

Called, answered, they hung up.
