Received 2 calls from this number once last night and once this morning. No message by caller, seemed to have a political message playing on tv in background.  Couldn't tell the 1st one as it was cut off after 30 secs, but second one went on for almost 4 minutes.  It was an Obama speach in the background. The speach was most inaudible, so don't know why.  I did bypass the ring and went directly to this person's voicemail to try and identify this person, and the voicemail stated the name "Evan Kerr". It sounded like a female voice. Don't know who this is calling me or why. If anyone else gets this number, maybe this will help.
