Received a phone call today from 347-620-6093. Message stated man's name was James Nixon and he was calling from Federal Legislation Criminal Department. He stated in an accent(not from this county) that I had a pending case against my name and social and that myself or my lawyer needed to call him back or I would be arrested. This is so frustrating as I received another phone call yesterday from number:903-740-3566 with a man with an accent stating his name was Jason Turner and threatening the same thing but he never left the company he was calling from. I also received a phone call about two weeks ago from number:424-672-2205 and a man with an accent that stated his name was Robin Miller also threatening the same thing from Financial Crime Investigations. All scams but I do wish they would quit calling me.
yes, got a message too..saying i have serious allegations under my name and SSN..need to call back..sound serious and sounds accent was so heavy from different country..
So i got a call from an 817-510-7416 number and in the message they left they wanted me to call this number back, 347-620-6166. When I called the peerson that left the message was not available but the, using this term lightly, gentleman that I dealt with stated that there are three counts against my husband and that if they are not paid then there will be local police, federal, and the US Army at my dooor to take him to jail. I could tell he was reading from a pre-written letter. I interrupted and told him that I needed his address and more info to give to my lawyer and he stated that all I needed was a credit or debit card. I then told him that my attorney needs to look over all the information that he states he has claims against my husband for and he says that I dont have an attorney and that he just needs my info. The sad thing about this is that we actually had where someone used our info and now it is out there and these idiots keeps harassing us. They even had information where we do our banking, address, and place of employment. They even had my Mother's name and address along with a friend's.
There should be a law to enforce these wackos....but when I contacted Homeland Security they stated that they are hard to trace due to they are bouncing off of different satellites. This is a pain in the [***]!
I got the exact same message from "Dan Martin" who asked me for proof of paying my payday loan. I said, "Oh, you mean the kind of proof that has my social security number and bank account information on it? Didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday, bub." He threatened me saying he was filing this in federal court, the FBI was involved, and if I didn't provide this information then "good luck". I told him thank you for the warning, but I'd take my chances. STILL won't stop calling!!!!
Called from 817-510-7614 and left a message to call 347-620-6166 back. Told me I got a payday loan and was about to be sued but only knew the name of my bank and the last 4 of my social and he ran an account number to me so quick I don't think it was mine. Once I told him that I was a lawyer he fast talked me n hung up. I kept calling him back asking him questions n he kept hanging up on me. HA HA. What an A**..
