The best info I can give is do not apply for a payday loan via the internet. I needed money and I applied via the internet wellnow I have thousands of unknown numbers calling my phone. I didnt realize it was a scam until I told one I wasn't interested and please remove my number from the calling list. A lady with an indian accent used the name "Amanda Washington" began to holler and curse. I hung up and she left a vm message stating that I needed to call her or I would have to pay fees. The same number called back this time it was a man and she begin saying explicit things.
The voicemail the guy from this number left me a voicemail that said if I or my attorney did not call back immediately, he wishes me luck for what may happen to me .... kinda creepy!
People with Indian accent. They have called me at work and on my cell. Threatened to call The authorities, well actually said they are on their way. This AFTER I told them to never call me again! I have asked to be removed from their lists time and again!
got same call, wanted my attorney info, after letting him read a fate order I told him not to call my home again and if someone wants to contact me about a legal matter the you do it through the mail legally not via a phone all.
