I have been receiving these calls as well. all Indian accented individuals telling me that I've defaulted on a pay day loan. They appear to have more information than my telephone number. Normally, I'd toss it off as a telemarketer but, when the guy "tossed" out my email address at me, I became much more concerned. Not sure what to do at this point.
Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have. Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck". Speak VERY broken english. Gives Amercian/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent. ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, John Adams. Threatening jail time, court fees. Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice." Claims to "downlaod" a subpeona..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse. HILARIOUS considering i actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net
i and several people i know have been harassed by these idots. they are pretending to be debt collectors from a bogus cash asvance usa, with a affadavit from a attorneys office. i am so sick of them. i am in the process of tracing them and plan to prosecute to the fullest they have stolen my information and i plan to take it to the full extent of the law. i feel i have been violated and they can not get awat with this. i have called the better business bureau and the fbi also have a case file on them courtest of me any other info would greatly be appreciated. i will be checking this site often just post a message to irritated....

This company continues to contact a client who has filed a bankruptcy and been discharged of their debt by the Court. The callers, all from India I believe, are attempting to collect a debt from this client and threaten a lawsuit if the debt is not satisfied with payment in full. I have made several phone calls to this company and repeatedly ask for an English speaking person and a physical address so I may send bankruptcy correspondence to the company to have the harrassing phone calls stop being made to our client. I get passed along from one employee to another and have never been given the information I request. I have been informed that "All American Services" is located in New York but have not been provided the actual address and/or city in New York it is located. I have Googled the name and can only find information on legitimate companies that aren't even close to being an attorney's office or a collection agency. I have also been told their hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time but they continue answering the phone before and after these hours since I am on the West Coast and have called after 3:00 p.m. I am also going to be looking into filing a complaint with every agency that will allow me to do so.
