Called me at home, said they were IRS and had filed a lawsuit against me. Message is poorly recorded, provides no specifics. Caller ID originating number was blocked ("Private Call"). 347etc is the number you are supposed to call back. I didn't. Scam.
I also received this message today-IRS filed a lawsuit against me. I am a tax attorney, and called mainly out of curiosity. The IRS does not call or send email - EVER. It uses mail, and occasionally a personal visit.
They first said law offices of Dennis Anderson, then Jack Smith - IRS. I asked a question and they hung up. Block them.

Received a call from an "unknown" number, didn't answer and the voice message said "the IRS has been trying to contact me and since I didn't respond they had filed a lawsuit against me. Please call 347.637.6194". I blocked my number from showing up on caller id, called, someone answered "IRS" and hung up. I tried calling several times and they pick up and hang up. They want your info, nothing but a scam
