This loud guy apparently from New York law/loan enforcement??? (you can barely make out what he is saying through the extremely loud and thick accent, coupled with the fact he may be Indian possibly lol) Calls and says he has complaints or something on me and makes threatening statements about taking me to jail if I do not comply with his demands to give information on recording. When you ask what it is in reference or try to get a word in you are cut off very rudely and threatened more lol. I have sice blocked this retards calls but he still leaves messages on my voicemail. Is this even remotely possible in this day and age? I live in California and I know damn well they can not do that in this state no matter if it is a valid debt or otherwise period. To top it off whoever this is has my name and number and apparently my ss#, all of which can be obtained in a number of different ways. I am just curious if anyone else had similiar sitch. Thanks
I received the same exact call with a person with a thick accent screaming at me in the phone with a very heavy middle eastern accent. He kept repeating the last 4 of my social, new my employers name, and said that the call was regarding a payday loan. He said that I would have to make a payment today or else I will have to face "legal matters" When I asked what the fax information was he said that the person who he was receiving the debt was on behalf of Jack Wilson. lol seriously?? These people should be put in jail for imposters!

Receive harassing phone calls from Darren Butler he leaves threatening messages wishing you good luck if you do not get back to them. The number is located in the Bronx, N.y. But, of course, no listing for a name for the number. He calls work constantly and is very obnoxious. How can you get the calls to stop? Even had the Chief of Police talk to him, he didn't care, was very rude to him.
