Called the number back from a blocked line so they wouldn't get my number and a man name Mr. Jay Sanchez came on the phone, immediately asking me to give him my SSN for records. I refused and asked him who he was and where he was calling from. All he replied was that his name was Mr. Sanchez and that he was calling from the law firm. Refused to give me the firm name several times, stating that he was "not my servant" and did not need to tell me that. I told him to stop calling my number and that if he had a legitimate business matter he should have my information and could send me written correspondence. He hung up on me.

and they still try, from all different numbers, Now he tells me he's from a law firm in California, So why is the number listed in N.Y.? (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens area) ?
I got a call from them try to claim the money but i refused to pay the money but when i check the account and talk to holland and hart they told me that i m pending of pay day loan and then i resolve the matter with them and even i got the certificate from them
well i just got call from them i refused to pay the money and they filed a case,and then i come to know they were right and now after all this we resolve the matter so its better to resolve early
