I have been receiving so many calls that come to my phone as 911. No one would call me from 911 so i rejected the call and got a message stating that his name was Luke Marshall from the FBI Crime Investigation unit. The person that called could not even speak English well. I informed this person that I was not going to tolerate his calls. My god something has to be done with people like this. The numbers used that come to my cell phone is 347-640-5544
