Have your friend call their phone company, report the call, give them the number if it showed up on their caller ID and see if it can be traced. If this person comes near you and tries to cause trouble or leaves a voicemail, save it for the cops and file a report, because they can't take your word for it so they like to have proof before they take action. Also try to make sure you're not alone when going out anywhere, so this person will not try something with you.
