this guy calls to get his bike towed from brooklyn to  nyc bmw.  i ask for an adress he  gives a location   so i ask if this is going to be on 3rd ave he is texting back "are you not getting this" dude thats not  a proper answer i need a location  as i mention  an adress so  the bqe ? meaning r u on it and it could be 33rd ave or 1st ave or 2nd ave  i need the adress. he lies to me says to hold on he will see it  when he gets there and so he calls another tow company .dude my question is if you were already on your way what made you think that we  were already at the location when in fact we are located in hollis queens ?
i really dont get it its like we dont know who you are never spoke or met you before and you seem to assume that y6ou know how long it takes for us to get to your bike.  as you  were being  [***] rud e and mean to use   we were on thee phone trying to find you a shop that coudl repair it for less than  the dealer.  the sound was turned of by mistake on our texts so we did not know the texts you sent came through. the point  is when you need a tow we need an adress when you got the the bike you found outwhere it was and instewead of giving us the courtesy of telling us the adress you in fact gave that courtesy and the job to anther tow guy. nice .  i thought you said you were not  dumbass but in fact you really are one. cus now your going to have to pay the dealer $1800 to do the clutch job instead of $500
