Who called from 3476502076

A man stated that he is calling from irs that i have a case filed against me and that i need to call them before they submit my case to a local law enforcement for my arrest.

It is NOT the IRS- just a thief who wants to steal your money.  Ignore the caller.  The real IRS mails letters if there is a problem.

HARASSMENT

Called and stated he is from IRS and was very rude and demanding. I hang up on them and they called back at least 7 more times.

I've been getting those calls and my friend told me its a scam and i talked to IRS i already filed a report on them and they called me like 8 times in a row now.
