SCAM !! SCAM !! They try to get your personal information, like birthdate, social security number, credit card information !! STAY AWAY !! IT'S A SCAM !!!!!
Same here a few minutes ago. I let her talk and when she said she needed to ask me a few things before transferring me to someone else, I said "No" and hung up.
I was called by a recording but from a different #. I think they use a number for an hour or maybe a day and then switch so as to avoid being caught by the authorities. The recording was intentionally deceitful and tried to pretend like it was not a recording with the following trick: "hello? Hello? (laughter) oh sorry, I was having trouble with my headset! This is Emily and I'm calling you because you recently stayed at one of our resorts..." blah blah blah. who the hell is going to give money, do business with or otherwise entertain an obviously deceitful company like this? (this is the same recording that another user got but mine was from a 707 area code which is why I think they change numbers
