I got a call from this number in Bronx/Brooklyn/Queens New York at 9:11 PM local time.  When I answered there was no one there, no static, no background noise nothing.  The caller ID showed the number (347)-652-8896 and the name as NWYRCYZN06 NY.  If you do an Internet search for the letters, you come to this site but with a different number.  Who are these people?  Are they collection agents, credit card company what?  Like most of the callers commenting on the other number, I am on the Do Not Call list.
