Called it and it went straight to voicemail with no name.
This is the second of two numbers I received a text on my phone from concerning "Guaranteed Savings on Your Gas & Electric Bills" (the first being 347-863-1292). I don't know how whoever these people are got my number, but I am reporting it to the Do Not Call registry, which I happen to be on.
