Calling several times a day.  No one on other end. Since I don't give my number out, this is extremely distressing and bothersome.

Said they were with the Government. Told him they don't work on weekends. This person has called over 10 times within 2 days.

I have had 5 phone calls from the NY number, they state in a foreign accent they are US Gov trying to provide me grant $.  I told them 3 times to remove me from their call list and they immediately hang up or start talking crazy jiberish.  Really strange!

Just calls and no response when answered or call back

Last time he called 01/04/2017 about 15.00. Before that he called too many times, but never answered. At this time he said he from government office. His accent was similar to the Thai, Filipino possible aссent. I said, how can you work in the public office, if you do not know the English language? He immediately hung up and no further calls are no longer so far. When talking to his side was heard the noise, noisy children and adults in the room was a lot of people. All this calls is fraud.
