I received the same message. I knew it was a hoax since the IRS wouldn't be calling you like that. I did call it, just to get the information. I was told I owed $5000 for incorrect filing of my taxes in the years 2012-2014. It was quite funny since I wasn't living here during those years and never filed any taxes for them.
