They go by the name of Cynthia Morgan they do scams to collect money from ppl and they ask u for ur info report to the police and they even make a paypal customer service page
hello there i was about to make a transaction with with a indivdual who called from this number everything thing to be in order but its not this indivdual its been calling me for add i posted on kijiji telling sheis gonna send me money trough paypal to cover the charge but no money its into my account
