Do not answer this call. There are a bunch of numbers associated with this account. Everytime they call me, it looks like it's from the NY area code. They state that there is a warrant out for your arrest and that they are going to send you to jail for tax fraud and a bunch of other horse [***]. Just answer and threaten them and then hang up. Unfortunately, they use spoof numbers and call from overseas so there isn't much you can do.

Tori - I'm in a way glad that I'm not the only one who experienced this. They've demanded cash money for unpaid tax. I even called police and they confirmed it's a scam. Whoever reads this please don't trust them.
