Posing as Canada Revenue Services.

Says they are collection for revenue Canada unintelligible South Asia accent but knew my name

Foreign accent. Supposedly the I R S

I Just got a voicemail from this number.   The caller had a thick accent and said "there is a case against my name" and never addressed me, "regarding your social security number" which was not identified either... The caller went on to say "Do not ignore this message... And God Bless"

Pretty sure this is an autodial scam

Pretend to be IRS. Same message. Legal case, and bla bla bla. I believe it is illegal to position themselves as a government agency.
