Who called from 3476891099

Repeated calls with message saying the message is for "Patrice Perez," which is noone at our phone number and says by staying on the line, one is stating one is this person.  Recorded message, and when the 347-689-1099 number is called, the line is busy. I am guessing this is a collection agency.

This is a collection agency for student loans that have been defalted.  the name is Pioneer collections.
