I have been contacted by this number too. He says he is from Staten Island, New York and his name is Martin.  What has been your relationship with this person?

i have been getting lots of phone calls from this number.  the line is not clear and full of static.  the only thing i can make out is something about magic jack.  this number calls at all hours of the day and night.
