I let it ring hoping to get a voice message.  When I finally answered, no one responded despite the background noise.  How do you say SCAM

Caller stated they were from New York Medical Society, asked whether I had taken any blood thinning medications and stated I might be eligible for compensation. Spam caller, continued pushing the speel despite my asking to be removed from call list.

Received a call from this number.  Tried to call back because no message left when I missed it.  It said this number is NOT IN SERVICE!
