Received a call from this number not for me but for another person about having a settlement action of some type placed against me. When I told them that person did not live here they quickly hung up the phone. When they answered they said "Hello,United States Treasury Dept".

Same issue -Someone foreign speaking person states they are Mathew Peterson from Dept of Legal Affairs. Says call them back immediately regarding a Law Enforcement Action against me. Can be real trouble if we don't call back. Say that if I don't call back that I should have my attorney call. (There is no way this is real if it were there would be documentation of issues sent via mail). We reported to the local police dept and they said is definitely a scam. Do not call back.
Said has a legal problem against me advised to call back immediately said was from the States dept called 347-704-0827 lady answered said US Treasury

Just received a message from this number... William Rogers from Dept. of Legal Affairs... to call imediately in regards to legal matters... voice was of Indian/ India decent... ? I was to call back asap or legal actions will be taken... definitely a SCAM.... !
