Received hang up in voicemail. After an internet search, it appears this number is providing the latest IRS scam. Apparently a foreign individual will provide an American sounding name, identifying themselves as an IRS agent. They then proceed to claim that a warrant has been issued for "your" arrest. Number blocked.
