Robot call, said "attention this is not a sales call", I hung up on them immediately. 1, i do not talk to robots, nor listen to them, 2, anyone saying attention like that is trying to sell you something.. and 3, they called my cell phone.
The DNC isn't a call blocker so it can't prevent scammers like this from calling you. Only law-abiding telemarketers follow the DNC. Invest in a real call blocker or at the very least, don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize and don't call numbers back "just to find out who called." If they don't leave a message, they aren't worth your time.
